From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. "The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The restaurant is reasonably priced for evening meals but the service is mediocre. The hotel lacks a proper bar, a glaring omission. There is a bus stop (Dorna) directly outside the hotel with a frequent service to Constanza. (Recommend weekly ticket)."

"Very nice boutique hotel BUT doesn't have elevator and phone to call front desk, I have to go down like 3 times to let them know things or to get some towels. Is not coffee at the room, you have to go down ordered and pay for it!! "
